The hire prices are for individual items of hire. Hire is for a period of 24 hours (excluding delivery/setting up). If you are wanting to hire a few items, please check out our hire packages. We would suggest, however, that you book hire items well in advance to avoid disappointment. Prices for hire are inclusive of setting up, liaising with your venue and removing of items within a 30 mile radius of our business address. Please enquire if your venue is outisde of this 30 mile radius as we cover the whole of the North West (fee applies). DIY prices for chair covers are based on items being sent by courier and you setting up. Courier charges may vary, please contact for more details.
If you wish to hire any of our items, please print off the booking form (or attach to an email) and send to us at enquiries@awsd.co.uk. We will advise you immediately of availability. Once we have confirmed the availability and you wish to proceed with booking Aurelia, we will write to you requesting the 25% booking fee be paid. You can email for availability without the need to complete the booking form, but these enquiries will only be valid for 14 days. When the 14 days have expired, your date will become available for other bookings. Please note that for weddings between May and September, bookings are made well in advance. We only take 1 booking for each day.
